TIME: 6 PM Social (Open Bar) 7 PM Program

ENTERTAIN: 13-year-old singing phenom, Kimberly Jaramillo! 

DRESS:  Black Tie and Boots INVITED! For men: tux coat or dark suit jack, levies, cowboy boots and a Stetson (cowboy hat). For women, a  nice gown OR Rotarian may come in best dress! 

MEAL:  A choice of either: Sirloin Steak (GF) with Garlic Butter Whipped Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and a Jack Daniels Glaze | or        Santa Fe Chicken (GF) with broiled Chicken Breast with Ancho Chile Sauce and Avocado, served with spanish rice, green beans and corn |

or those with special dietary needs a delious ratatouille-stuffed portobello mushroom (GF) (DF) served with pesto rice cake and roasted pepper coulis. For dessert, chocolate,  caramel and  peanuts, or chocolate flourless torte (vegan).
